About Jun Wang
I have obtained my PhD from Max-Planck Institute for evolutionary biology, where I mainly worked on gut microbiome of wild mice (Mus musculus), mainly addressing the biogeography, diet, and host genetics' influence on the diversity of microbial community in the gut. Since 2014 I moved to KU Leuven and worked on population-level gut microbiome in humans.
