I believe with you Professor Pai. The underuse of the promising technologies like Xpert it is true for Mozambique. I've discussed recently about the need of extending the current working hours of TB Labs as a way of maximazing the use of scarcity technologies, particularly GeneXpert MTB/RIF.
We are currently carrying out an inplementation research in order to assess the contribuition of extension of TB Lab working hours. Preliminaries result encourage to support this lab approach.
